Having worked with top healthcare companies and gained international exposure, she understands Nepal’s healthcare structure, patient needs, and national health statistics. Her expertise covers operational workflows from patient intake to long-term management. She ensures that Cytolix Labs delivers patient-focused, data-driven strategies. Ms. Subedi plays a crucial role in streamlining operations and aligning the company’s services with ground realities in Nepal.

OUR STORY
Mr. Balram Subedi is a respected healthcare social activist and founder of Cytolix Labs. With over 15 years of experience, he has worked extensively for chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients in Nepal. He has coordinated with government departments to advocate for patient welfare and contributed to healthcare benefit reforms in favor of CKD patients. His efforts have improved treatment access, medicine availability, and policy-level support. Mr. Subedi’s commitment to ethical, patient-centric care continues to guide Cytolix Labs’ vision and mission.
